Winter is coming to Hoedspruit! But winter here means: crisp mornings, clear blue skies and nice comfortable temperatures during the day and cosy times by the fireplace at night. Also, the grass turns from green to yellow, the water becomes more scarce and wildlife congregates at waterholes making it the perfect time for safaris.

African winters are usually nicer than European summers so we love our winters and hope you will too!
